What You'll Do
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the Senior People Partner plays a critical role in shaping a high-performance culture that aligns with business priorities. In this role, you'll lead performance management practices, support leadership development, and drive people-related strategies that fuel retention, engagement, and results. You'll influence across all levels of the organization—guiding managers through complex people challenges, enabling growth, and ensuring accountability. Your ability to coach decisively, operate with urgency, and act on data will directly impact our mission to create a results-driven and people-first workplace.

  • Partner with leaders to shape organizational effectiveness and performance management strategies.
  • Coach people managers on high-stakes employee relations issues, underperformance, and leadership development.
  • Lead monthly talent reviews and quarterly engagement efforts to drive retention and culture improvement.
  • Analyze people data and trends to guide strategic decisions and leadership actions.
  • Execute annual Rate of Pay, Talent Assessments and Open Enrollment processes with precision and full completion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve employee experience, legal compliance, and talent outcomes.

What You Bring
You're a seasoned HR business partner who thrives in high-change environments and has a proven track record of influencing outcomes without authority. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are known for your ability to navigate conflict, coach leaders, and solve people challenges with both compassion and clarity. You bring credibility, judgment, and strong instincts—balanced with a deep understanding of people data and HR best practices.

  • Experience serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing talent and organizational outcomes
  • Demonstrated success leading complex employee relations, investigations, and performance management issues
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret people data to inform business decisions
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, HR policy, and talent management practices
  • Proven ability to operate with urgency and adaptability in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable leading coaching sessions with multiple levels of management, including executive leaders
