Join Our US Team
NEXUSTEST is rapidly growing, particularly in the convergence of semiconductor and optical testing, led by the critical market for Co-Packaged Optics (CPO). As we deepen our penetration with leading US-based customers in silicon photonics and CPO, we are looking for innovative, self-driven, and passionate individuals to join our US Sales & Marketing team.
This high-impact role will be responsible for:
- Leading
the marketing and product direction for our CPO portfolio. - Collaborating
closely with the R&D team to define and develop cutting-edge products that solve key customer challenges. - Driving
presales activities and product promotion through direct customer engagement. - Representing
NEXUSTEST by presenting at key industry exhibitions and technical conferences. - Providing
hands-on technical support and onsite troubleshooting for strategic customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's test products in optical communications, silicon photonics wafers, Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), and related fields. Conduct customer visits and expertly present company products, such as DCAs, BERTs, silicon photonics wafer test systems, CPO test systems, etc.
- Attend industry seminars, academic conferences, and trade shows in optical communications, semiconductors, advanced packaging, and other relevant fields to actively promote the company and its products.
- Track technology trends and directions in CPO, HPC/AI, etc. Understand customer needs and pain points, and lead the initiation and proposal of new products and projects.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to establish the company's competitive advantage and develop a product roadmap in the converged semiconductor and optical communication test sector.
- Serve as a close liaison between the R&D and Sales departments, providing product direction and customer requirements to R&D, while offering presales and technical support to Sales.
- Act as a senior expert for marketing and applications, supporting the company's needs in product marketing, technical support, keynote speeches, paper publications, patent applications, and other areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Optoelectronics, Optical Communications, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Test & Measurement, or a related major.
- Must possess a strong technical background with over 5 years of work experience in R&D, technical support, or marketing & sales. Experience working at an optical communication or semiconductor test vendor is highly preferred.
- Strong interest and deep-diving spirit in emerging and cutting-edge technologies (such as AI, robotics, advanced semiconductor technology, optoelectronics, etc.).
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, information gathering, analysis, and summarizing. A fast learner with mental agility, a strong sense of responsibility, and high resilience to pressure. Management experience (including technical management or team management) is preferred.
- Ability to withstand frequent travel both domestically and internationally, and communicate fluently with global customers. Multilingual abilities, such as proficiency in Chinese, are preferred.
