Site Supervisor
to lead and coordinate field operations at
Kennecott Utah Copper (KUC)
, ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and optimisation of our systems on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily activities of the site team, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with Nerospec and KUC safety standards.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of Nerospec hardware.
  • Coordinate work schedules, task assignments, and manpower to meet project milestones and invoicing targets.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and enforce compliance with site and OEM procedures.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with KUC representatives, contractors, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and technical alignment.
  • Verify and submit accurate site documentation including Daily Diaries, Field Service Reports, and Technical Reports.
  • Support training, competency development, and performance reviews of on-site personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the mining or heavy industrial sector.
  • Relevant technical qualification (Auto-Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of PDS/CAS technology, vehicle systems, and field commissioning practices.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to work on rotational site schedules.
  • Experience working with or for Rio Tinto / Kennecott Utah Copper is advantageous.
