Our top real estate team is looking for a self-motivated real estate licensee to join our sales team The ideal candidate for this position focuses on building lasting relationships, is not afraid to ask for business and advice, and backs their persuasiveness with top-notch customer service. This candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods and will be eager to learn the ever-changing market conditions.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
  • Possesses a real estate license
  • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
