The Seasonal Clerk – Days & Nights positions are located in Olive Branch, MS.

This position is responsible for hitting and maintaining company service levels in a team environment.

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO MOVE TO THE WORK: SEASONALS MAY BE ASKED TO WORK IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS AS PICKERS/STOCKER

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

• Maintain the designated workstations and ensuring they remain clear at all times
• Review all orders with errors and resolving discrepancies based on documented processes and procedures
• Investigate any and all line jams within the respective module to ensure continuous workflow throughout the shift
• Communicate throughout the shift with the other departments to ensure that carton discrepancies and/or damages are investigated, and root causes are determined
• Make sure that all collate modifications are scanned into the correct carton tracking location for processing in a timely manner
• As the function dictates, ensure that all waves are closed within 72 hours to ensure 3-day and 5-day service levels are met or exceeded

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have comouter experience
• Must be a self-starter
• Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully
• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Good Attendance and punctuality
• Ability to read and match numbers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

We prefer some of these qualities as well….

• At least 6 months experience with warehoouse office opertions
• Have Working knowledge of Personal Knowledge Management System (PKM)S and Crystal reporting

• Able to bend, reach, squat and climb stairs/ladders
• Able to manipulate small objects with your hands
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with walking/standing 100% of the shift
