Job Description:
As a Traveling Service Technician specializing in mechanical and electrical systems, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our equipment across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on [specific machinery or equipment]. This role requires strong technical expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and your expertise.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment used in mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
