As an Analyst/Developer/Tableau Developer you will create business-critical dashboards for multiple departments, transform data needed for the dashboards and ensure proper security models for dashboards as these will contain sensitive, high priority data.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new visualizations.
  • Maintenance of existing dashboards.
  • Validation of access.
  • Work with and communicate with project leads.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • No degree with 10+ years' experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related field with quantitative coursework and 5+ years' experience.
  • Master's degree/PhD with 4+ years' experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years Tableau experience.
  • Power BI experience.
  • Must have a portfolio

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Data transformation tools experience: SQL language, Snowflake, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience developing dashboards for large companies.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Teamwork, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • High level visual communication skills and independence.
