We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant to support daily operations across various departments. Duties

  • Provide administrative support including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory control
  • Assist in employee orientation, training & development, and supervising team members
  • Support management with store operations such as shift management, merchandising, and stock replenishment
  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, including cashiering and POS transactions
  • Participate in recruiting efforts through interviewing and onboarding new staff
  • Manage purchasing activities and pricing strategies to optimize sales and inventory levels
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance store visibility
  • Oversee retail sales processes, ensure proper store management practices, and maintain organizational standards
  • Maintain effective communication with team members via phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in employee orientation, training & development, supervision, and team management
  • Proficiency in retail math, sales management, pricing strategies, and store management
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS operations, cash handling, and merchandising
  • Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
  • Familiarity with marketing techniques and wireless sales is advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership experience as an assistant manager or supervisor preferred
  • Competence in administrative functions such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive client interactions

This Assistant role is integral to maintaining efficient store operations while fostering a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, leadership potential, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
