Ascent ABA is a California based ABA provider that is both clinician-owned and family-owned. We are seeking candidates for Entry Level Behavior Technician roles. These positions involve delivering in-home services within the Inland Empire area. We're looking for individuals with strong skills in applied behavior analysis who possess experience or a strong interest in working with individuals dealing with autism and related developmental disabilities. Moreover, we offer our team in-person BCBA supervision.

The responsibilities of Behavior Technicians encompass various tasks, including:
- Implementing function-based behavior plans
- Implementing PRT
- Implementing BST
- Employing intensive ABA teaching methods
- Providing community-based instruction
- Teaching functional life skills
- Offering services in homes, communities, or school settings. The role may also involve physical activities like lifting, kneeling, and bending.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to assist patients and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Valid US Work authorization.
- Drivers license
Travel:
The Behavior Technician role involves fieldwork and frequent travel within the designated region to various clients. The ideal candidate should have a dependable mode of transportation. Our cases are primarily in the Inland Empire region, including Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Fontana.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
