Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students develop safe driving skills. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible behind-the-wheel training, ensuring they are well-prepared to obtain their driver's licenses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct instruction on traffic laws, safe driving practices, and vehicle operation.
- Provide hands-on driving instruction in various conditions to enhance students' practical skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their driving abilities.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Communicate clearly with students about expectations, goals, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in adult education and in a driving school or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Experience working with students of varying ages and backgrounds, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques to foster a productive learning atmosphere.
- A valid Instructor driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Previous experience as a driving instructor is mandator.
