Bradford Lawn & Turf is a locally owned and operated lawn and pest management company serving Middle Tennessee. We specialize in professional lawn care, turf treatment, and pest control services. Our team takes pride in quality work, reliable service, and long-term customer relationships.

We're currently hiring a Lead Pest Control Technician to help manage our pest control division and ensure high-quality service across residential and commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments
  • Inspect properties for pest activity and create customized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate service records and chemical usage logs
  • Communicate treatment details and follow-up plans with customers
  • Lead, train, and mentor new pest control technicians
  • Ensure compliance with Tennessee Department of Agriculture regulations
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and materials in clean, safe condition
  • Support scheduling, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Tennessee Certified Pest Control License C7
  • Minimum 2 years of pest control experience
  • Strong understanding of pest biology and treatment procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership or training experience preferred
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Occasional Saturdays during peak season

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
