Work Model

  • On-Site/Hybrid

What You Will Do

  • Lead HR strategy, planning, and execution across all company locations
  • Champion a values-driven culture that promotes engagement and retention
  • Guide workforce planning, succession strategy, and organizational development
  • Advise senior leadership on HR trends and change management
  • Oversee performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Mentor and develop two high-performing direct reports
  • Enhance existing 401(k), health and wellness benefits, and other employee benefits

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site leadership
  • Preferred manufacturing or distribution industry experience
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
