Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Realtor to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate law, and the ability to effectively market properties. As a Licensed Realtor, you will play a key role in building lasting client relationships and contributing to the growth of our agency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties with professionalism and integrity
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
  • Provide expert guidance on real estate laws, contracts, and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values
  • Prepare and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, disclosures, and contracts
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organize property viewings, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently using organizational skills
  • Collaborate with other agents, lenders, inspectors, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license in the state of operation
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and legal procedures relevant to property transactions
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies both online and offline to attract clients and promote listings
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently
  • Previous experience in real estate administration or related fields is advantageous
