The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations is the primary architect of performance and transformation across the Sky Chefs Americas network. This senior leadership role is responsible for translating corporate strategy into operational excellence across more than 40 Customer Service Centers (CSCs). Holding comprehensive financial accountability, the SVP drives execution of the Sky Chefs strategy, rooted in six core pillars: Safety, People, Service, Client, Culinary Elevation, and Digital. By championing large-scale modernization and a culture of continuous improvement, the SVP ensures that all CSCs deliver high-value solutions and uncompromising quality within a complex, rapidly evolving market.

Location: Americas HQ - Irving, TX. Relocation available.

• Strategic Leadership & Governance: Serve as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping enterprise-level strategy and defining the future operational footprint.
• People Development & Culture: Champion people initiatives designed to enhance employee experience for a diverse union and non-union workforce. Focus on leadership succession, talent retention, and building a high-performance culture rooted in safety and accountability.
• Financial Performance & P&L Ownership: Direct the financial performance of CSCs to ensure they consistently meet or exceed budgetary targets while maintaining rigorous operational quality and regulatory compliance.
• Transformation & Value Creation: Partner with operations excellence leaders to drive systemic change management and value creation initiatives. Drive standardization across all sites through Operational Excellence programs to enhance scalability, efficiency, and long-term growth.
• Customer & Commercial Strategy: Provide critical operational oversight for major customer tenders. Partner with commercial teams to deliver cost-effective, competitive solutions for multi-million dollar contract renewals and new business acquisitions.
• Sustainability & Digital Acceleration: Oversee the execution of corporate sustainability goals and partner with Operations Excellence to accelerate the deployment of automation and digital tools to improve real-time data visibility and unit performance.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Executive Experience: 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience within a large, matrixed organization, specifically overseeing multi-site production, manufacturing, or complex logistics environments.
• Operational Expertise: A proven track record of managing a network of 30+ sites, leading large-scale organizational restructuring, and sustaining enterprise-wide operational standards.
• Strategic Acumen: Advanced business intelligence with the ability to influence decision-making and navigate the complexities of a global aviation service provider.
• Interpersonal & Global Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a high degree of intercultural competency essential for operating in an international, diverse business environment.
• Analytical Ability: Expert-level problem-solving skills with the capacity to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic operational roadmaps.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50%+) to CSC locations across the Americas region.

SALARY: Base pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for short and long-term incentives.
