Cancer Can't is a non-profit whose mission is to help adult cancer patients and families in the Inland Northwest with resources and a supportive community so they can focus on healing, not the burden of cancer.

Volunteer drivers use their own vehicles to take cancer patients to and from medical appointments—whenever it fits their schedule. Drive once a month or once a day, Monday through Friday You choose when and where you drive, serving patients across Spokane, surrounding areas, and Northern Idaho.

We receive between ride requests each month with only close to 80 active volunteer drivers and they are driving to over 20 different cancer related medical facilities each month.

Requirements to become a volunteer:

  • Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and carry car insurance
  • Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
  • Must have a cell phone.
