Job Details
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead major, complex construction projects — acting as the primary point of accountability from preconstruction through close-out. You'll manage all phases of project delivery budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, self-perform teams (where applicable), quality control, safety compliance, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage full-lifecycle execution of large-scale commercial projects — from preconstruction and planning through close-out.
  • Lead project teams and subcontractors (and internal self-perform trades when applicable), ensuring alignment with project goals, -budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and sustainability objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, cost reporting, change orders, value engineering, and risk mitigation to maintain financial performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders — fostering transparent communication and strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and sustainability standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior project staff, fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented team environment.
  • Promote and uphold company values such as safety, integrity, stewardship, diversity, partnership, and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field) — or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience, including significant responsibility on large and/or complex -commercial projects.
  • Proven track record managing diverse project types (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, corporate, institutional, data center, retail, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, self-perform trades, architects/engineers, and consultants.
  • Strong financial acumen budget management, cost control, forecasting, and change-order management.
  • Skilled in schedule development and management, with ability to navigate challenging site logistics and tight urban or campus settings.
  • Familiarity with modern construction methods including BIM/VDC, lean construction, sustainable/high-performance building practices, and integrated project delivery when applicable. Excellent leadership, communication, client-relations, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, ethics, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
