- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications, databases, and servers using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Foreman, GitLab, and Selenium.
- Configure and manage Identity & Access Management (IdAM), Active Directory, and LDAP integrations.
- Engineer containerized solutions and orchestrated workflows (e.g., Kubernetes, Rancher).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
- Prepare and deliver technical briefings to government stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Develop and execute automated testing plans for both security and functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps issues with rigor and precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams, contributing to sprints, JIRA tasks, and CI/CD improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and share expertise to elevate team capabilities.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Top Secret Clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or enterprise IT
- Active CompTIA Security+ CE or ability to obtain within first 90 days

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and solution design skills
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS preferred; Azure considered)

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and task management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Demonstrated ability to apply engineering rigor and system validation practices
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling: Foreman, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environments (e.g., Cameo, Teamwork Cloud)
- Expertise with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Rancher)
- Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools (Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace)
- Experience with ServiceNow integration
- SharePoint or IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management experience
- Exposure to multiple cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, IBM)
- Expertise with API gateways, catalogs, and integration layers
- Experience developing automated test plans (e.g., Selenium)
- Ability to lead systems engineering perspectives across infrastructure, cloud, and security domains
- Tableau or other analytics/dashboard integration experience
