At Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Hampton, we're looking for a Fleet & Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with automotive sales experience—preferably in highline or commercial vehicle sales—who thrives on building relationships with business clients and providing exceptional service.

What You'll Do:
  • Build relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and working professionals to understand their vehicle needs.

  • Present Mercedes-Benz Sprinter's fleet and commercial vehicle lineup, financing options, and service advantages.

  • Ensure flawless communication with clients who expect prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service.

  • Manage customer interactions through our dealership's CRM system (Elead) and maintain strong follow-up processes.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing solutions to position yourself as a trusted fleet consultant.

What We're Looking For:
  • Automotive sales experience is required – Highline or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred.

  • Strong business acumen – You'll be working with decision-makers who expect expertise and professionalism.

  • Exceptional communication skills – Your clients expect clear, timely, and knowledgeable interactions.

  • Tech-savvy & organized – Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track customer interactions.

  • Driven & self-motivated – You take initiative and strive to exceed sales goals.

  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
