We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Window Estimator Trainee specializing in new construction luxury projects. No prior experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training to help you develop expertise in high-end window products, construction processes, and luxury builder specifications.
In this role, you will learn to deliver precise estimates that meet the standards of premium residential construction. We will train you to work effectively with luxury builders, architects, and project managers while developing your understanding of the luxury construction industry. Key Responsibilities:
· Support the outside window sales team with the management of product receiving delivery scheduling and invoicing.
· Review architectural plans, specifications, and project drawings for high-end new construction luxury residential projects.
· Prepare comprehensive, accurate cost estimates for premium windows, doors, and related hardware tailored to luxury construction standards.
· Collaborate with architects, builders, and project managers to ensure product selections meet design and quality expectations.
· Provide detailed proposals and competitive quotations promptly.
· Assist clients and builders in product selection and customization options.
· Stay informed about the latest luxury window products, trends, and pricing strategies.
· Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure availability and lead times.
· Ensure estimates adhere to company profit margins and luxury market standards.
· Follow up on proposals to secure project approvals and build relationships with high-end clients.
Qualifications:
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent communication skills, especially in working with architects, designers, and luxury builders.
· Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Pay:
· This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
· Pay is commensurate with experience, and the posted salary represents the entry-level starting rate for this position. Candidates with demonstrated skills or industry experience may be eligible for higher compensation within the role.
Work Flexibility:
· The role may be based at either our Rochester Hills or Birmingham location, depending on candidate preference.
· After a successful period of employment and demonstrated performance, this position may be eligible for hybrid or remote work arrangements. Specific eligibility and schedule details will be determined based on the needs of the role and the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
