This is a personal injury litigation attorney position handling nationwide toxic tort cases. Because the position is entry-level, we need someone who is willing and eager to learn.

We are looking for a candidate with the exceptional legal writing, public speaking, and organizational skills needed to handle, manage, and master a caseload efficiently. The attorney will also need to have great people skills, as they will be dealing regularly with clients, other lawyers, and experts.

Within the first year, this team member will have their own caseload provided by the firm. With the training provided, they will be expected to work the cases from initial client contact through trial. This process will involve everything from: 1) legal writing, 2) conducting depositions, and 3) arguing motions.

We handle plaintiff's litigation in asbestos exposure cases helping primarily elderly veterans, so the attorney will need a deftness, sensitivity, and desire to help the injured, disenfranchised, and those with diminished capacity. The pay is $100,000 to $125,0000 salary with significant bonus opportunities. Full benefits are provided at no cost (vision, dental, medical, company match IRA). This is an onsite position. We are a nationwide practice, so although COVID has created many opportunities for remote litigation, some travel is expected.
