Position Overview
As a Field Service Engineer III - IV (FSE), you will be responsible for installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sterile processing equipment, including:
- Steam Sterilizers / Autoclaves
- Washer-Disinfectors
- Endoscope Reprocessors
- Cart Washers and Ultrasonic Cleaners
This is a field-based role, where you'll work independently at client sites, ensuring sterile processing departments are operating efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled PMs, emergency repairs, and equipment installations
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Calibrate and validate equipment performance to meet compliance standards
- Document work performed through clear and accurate service reports
- Communicate with clients and internal team members in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory
- Adhere to company safety protocols while working on-site

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 47.0 per week
