You Were Built for This Job If:

  • You have 1+ years experience operating a front end loader or Tractor

  • You're confident behind the controls of a front-end loader, Skid Steer, or Tractor

  • You can operate heavy equipment in tough winter conditions — safely and skillfully.

  • You take pride in keeping roads, lots, and commercial sites clear and operational.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate loaders, Skid Steers, or Tractors to remove and relocate snow at commercial or municipal sites.

  • Respond quickly to snow events – day or night, snow or sleet.

  • Work closely with site supervisors and snow teams to execute efficient clearing routes.

  • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.

  • A valid chauffeurs driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).

  • Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays as needed).

  • Tough, reliable, and always on time – no matter what the weather throws your way.
