Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales techniques and targeted marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals across assigned territories.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management and customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities via lead generation, cold calling, and networking within target markets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports for analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage territory sales efforts by planning visits, establishing relationships, and expanding market presence.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to junior sales staff, supporting overall sales management initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, inside sales, and territory management.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Expertise in business development, lead generation, upselling, and direct sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Analytical skills for market analysis, performance metrics evaluation, and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to product promotion and brand positioning within competitive markets.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships across diverse industries including technology sales or retail sectors.
