We utilize online merchandising and campaigns executed by both humans and automated tools to convert new and returning website visitors into customers. We work end-to-end with our sales, merchandising, finance, logistics, marketing, and technology teams to provide a world-class, holistic digital experience, growing profitable results in a fun and rewarding work environment. The Senior Manager of Product Management is a pivotal role that drives the product roadmap and product development of a set of digital products. This individual will understand market dynamics and the competitive landscape to develop a long-term product vision that addresses customer needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision.
- Develop and manage the product roadmaps for a set of products
- Lead the product planning process form grooming the backlog to prioritization to developing epics and user stories.
- Partner with cross-functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment
- Manager a team of product owners through ongoing coaching and development

- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong understanding of product catalog operations, including item setup, item health monitoring, catalog data quality, and optimizing time-to-live for new products. Strong understanding and application of the content supply chain - GDSN/Syndigo/Salsify/3P Catalogs.
- Ability to diagnose catalog issues using analytics and documentation, identifying bottlenecks in item onboarding, reviews/ratings integration, and data flow across systems.
- Experience collaborating with merchandising, vendors, engineering, and leadership to maintain catalog accuracy, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment across the item lifecycle.
What's needed- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
- 3+ years of management experience, leading product management teams or similar.
What's needed- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
- Experience in the specific industry (e.g. B2B, supply chain, office supplies).
- Experience supporting catalog replatforming, cloud migration, or modernization of legacy catalog systems. This will include integrating GDSN and content syndication partners (ex. Salsify, Syndigo)
- Background using catalog performance metrics (data completeness, activation speed, GTIN/metadata integrity, content readiness) to drive revenue-impacting improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear catalog workflow documentation, process maps, and cross-team standards to support scalability and operational excellence.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
