As a Senior Plumbing Technician/Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential clients.

  • Generate new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Provide accurate estimates for plumbing services and effectively communicate pricing and options to customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a plumber with a strong technical background.

  • Demonstrated success in sales or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-driven with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
