The Vice President of Growth is a cross-functional executive responsible for designing and scaling Flow Therapy's next-generation growth engine. This leader will unify B2B and B2C strategies, elevate digital presence, activate clinician partners, and drive a reliable system of patient acquisition and market expansion across Flow Therapy's multi-site footprint.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on growth leader who can architect and operationalize an integrated growth system across digital, referral, and partnership channels. You will direct our external marketing agency, mobilize our physician partners and clinical influencers, and orchestrate a repeatable calendar of clinician-led events that drive new referrals and brand engagement.
This leader must thrive at the intersection of digital performance, brand, clinical credibility, and relationship-driven healthcare growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Growth Leadership
Build and own Flow Therapy's unified growth strategy across digital, B2B, and B2C channels.
- Develop a clear, scalable roadmap for patient acquisition and referral expansion.
Create frameworks that enable consistent performance across existing clinics while supporting multi-market expansion.
Digital Growth & Analytics
Lead the digital strategy (SEO, paid social, Google/Meta, content funnel optimization).
- Direct and manage agency partners to execute high-ROI digital campaigns.
Build an analytics infrastructure to monitor visibility, conversion, CAC, and channel efficiency.
Clinician-Led Events & B2B Referral Activation
Design a structured calendar of physician- and APP-led educational events that highlight Counterpulsation Therapy.
- Mobilize our partner cardiologists to participate in B2B referral activation, community education, and brand amplification.
Build toolkits, messaging, and programs that empower clinicians to serve as advocates and local influencers.
KOL, Influencer & Brand Amplification
Establish a formal Key Opinion Leader (KOL) program using partner physicians, clinical experts, and compelling patient stories.
- Oversee content strategy—ensuring credibility, clinical integrity, and brand consistency.
Amplify Flow Therapy's identity as the national leader in Counterpulsation Therapy.
Partnership & Provider Ecosystem Growth
Strengthen referral pathways by equipping providers and partners with high-impact messaging, materials, and digital tools.
- Work closely with Business Development to accelerate market penetration and deepen partner alignment.
Develop a partner-ready communication and engagement framework.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and develop a small but high-leverage team (BD, content/social, Medical Affairs integration).
- Partner deeply with Clinical Operations, Compliance, and Leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and clinically sound messaging.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Team on growth performance and long-term brand positioning.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Proven ability to design and scale multi-channel healthcare growth engines (digital, referral, partnerships).
- Expertise in SEO, paid media, analytics, attribution modeling, and digital performance measurement.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate clinical concepts into compelling B2B and B2C messaging.
- Track record of physician-led marketing, KOL activation, or provider-centric growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and external agency partners.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years in growth, marketing, partnerships, or healthcare strategy, including 3–5 years leading a growth or marketing function.
- Experience in multi-site healthcare, healthtech, or referral-driven clinical environments required.
- Demonstrated success managing agencies and leading digital-first initiatives.
- Experience with physician-influenced or KOL-driven programs strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
