Seeking a Program Management Specialist in Albuquerque, NM. As a Program Management Specialist, you will help oversee, manage, and support numerous teams conducting mission and campaign level modeling, simulation and analysis (MS&A) efforts supporting a wide range of customers and domains. Provides direct support to senior leadership, updating contract cost, schedule, and performance information to enhance the execution of work across multiple efforts for our customers in Albuquerque, NM and Colorado Springs, CO.

You will work as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team working to support internal and external facing customers. Tasking includes organizing and leading tasks as defined by senior leadership, interfacing with the customer, and working closely the project and technical leads providing support to our government customer base. The successful candidate will have a background in project management, independently executing assigned tasks and interfacing with industry partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assigned tasks related to contract execution to include but not limited to program management reviews, budget development, program schedule development and updates, project documentation updates
  • Provide support in tasks related to program planning, cost analysis, and financial management; assist in budget review and database update
  • Interface with industrial partners, technical leads, and government leadership as required to support efficient and effective operations within the group
  • Work closely with the senior leaders on contract execution and delivery to the customer while performing at target revenue and profit levels
  • Maintain close working knowledge of contracts across the group
  • Support senior leaders with meetings attendance and involvement in group activities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance is required for this position
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • 3-5 years applicable support for program/portfolio management
  • 3-5 years business management support to include cost/schedule performance management
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities by levels of importance and suspense dates
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain excellent long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated success in working with diverse teams, cross collaborating as necessary to meet program objectives

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Management
  • Experience delivering services support to DoD customers

Work Environment:

Location: Remote with occasional days worked at the customer location.

Travel Requirements: 10% minimal travel.

Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week.
