Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Baltimore team. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, provide training and supervision to RBTs, and ensure treatment integrity and positive outcomes for each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training for RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide program adjustments.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to promote consistency across environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the BACB.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care.
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Baltimore area.
