Job Overview

Oversee and manage daily roofing operations on projects.

Responsibilities

Manage crews from 4-12 men,

Identify problems, safety hazards, material issues and prepare a solution,

Work with customer contacts to minimize interference with daily operations,

Most work is located on the West side of Georgia centered around Carroll County,

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within specifications.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers to communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction, including masonry work, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, plumbing, welding, and roofing tasks.

Skills

- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction.

- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise on-site.

- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and project managers.

Valid driver's license,

Multi-tasking capability is a must,

10-years of verifiable experience with TPO, EPDM, & Asphalt roof systems

OSHA 10 preferred,

Forklift, man basket, and aerial lift certifications will be needed,

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
