Add a Spark to the Ordinary…Blank Street is on the lookout for a detail-obsessed Retail Marketing Manager to lead the charge in bringing our brand to life across all stores in the US In this role, you'll lead the entire retail marketing ecosystem - from managing day-to-day store support and in-store merchandising to executing seasonal collateral updates and rolling out new merch. You'll also play a key role in all new store openings, overseeing everything from soft launches to grand openings and ensuring every location feels fully supported, beautifully executed, and ready to shine from day one. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver best-in-class retail experiences that reflect creativity, consistency, and operational excellence. This position is 4 days in-person at our Brooklyn, NY HQ and reports to the US Marketing Director.
What You'll Own- Always On Retail Support: You'll serve as the go-to expert for all in-store marketing needs and ensure every location is well-supported with the right branded materials (including menuboards, seasonal collateral, merchandising & more) to deliver a consistent and elevated customer experience.
- New Store Openings: You'll own the retail marketing strategy & execution for all new store launches - leading soft and grand opening activations, coordinating all in-store brand elements, and ensuring each new location debuts with impact and excitement from day one.
- Culture Expertise: You stay tapped into social trends and pop culture, using these insights to shape bold and exciting directions for the brand's marketing strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: You'll work with diverse partners simultaneously, including creative design, field leaders, and external agencies, to deliver outstanding and head-turning brand work.
- Channel Planning: You'll be responsible for amplifying the Blank Street brand across multiple, intentional customer touch points, including activations, influencers, digital, press and more
- Performance Tracking: You'll collaborate with our analytics and strategy teams to inform and evaluate our marketing KPIs, gathering insights to make each project better than the last.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in retail marketing. Food & beverage and/or high growth startup experience preferred.
- Hands-On Mindset: You're excited to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details, jumping in wherever needed as much of our retail marketing work is executed in-house. A passion for scrappy problem-solving and getting things done is a must.
- Creative Brain: A creative who thinks beyond limits to get the best idea. You're not afraid to take initiative or experiment, and you're excited to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Data-Driven: You approach decisions with perspective rooted in customer insights, business objectives and social trends.
- Magic in the Details: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring campaigns are executed to perfection across multiple channels. Strong project management skills are critical.

Benefits & Perks
- $100,000-$115,000 annual base salary
- Blank Street, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Our salary ranges are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package. Blank Street may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future.
