 Mazda of Fort Walton Beach is seeking a reliable and motivated Lube Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes pride in quality work, and is passionate about providing top-notch customer service. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience and growth opportunities within our dealership's service department. 


Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
     
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
     
  • Basic automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude
     
  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
     
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
     
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
     
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
     
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a lube or express technician
     
  • Previous dealership experience strongly preferred
     
  • Completion of an automotive training program a plus
     
  • Interest in long-term growth and advancement within the Mazda brand
