Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our reputable auto repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle repair, auto painting, and restoration, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves repairing, restoring, and refinishing vehicles to meet manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction. Candidates with dealership experience, mechanic background, or expertise in auto estimating will find this position especially suitable. The position offers an engaging work environment where craftsmanship and customer service are prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques and buffing to achieve a flawless finish
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively for various repair tasks
  • Apply auto restoration techniques to preserve or enhance vehicle appearance and value
  • Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and ensure all repairs meet safety standards
  • Assist with detailing vehicles to ensure a clean, professional presentation upon completion
  • Collaborate with estimators and customers to provide accurate assessments of repair work required
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols

Skills

  • Proven experience in auto body repair, auto painting, and detailing; dealership experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment and buffing machines
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts handling
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards

Pay: $4, $5,000.00 per month
