As part of our team, your Guest Service Attendant duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Increasing Guest Satisfaction
  • Ensure that each Guest receives a WOW Carwash best in class service experience.
  • Educate each Guest about our services, Guest benefits and operations and answer questions to each Guests satisfaction.
  • Guest questions are answered correctly, quickly, and in a friendly manner.
  • Help to achieve and exceed sales goals (Unlimited Wash Sales, Single Wash Ticket Average, Add on sales, etc.)
  • Reduce Damage Claims
  • Guide each vehicle onto the conveyor quickly, safely and maintain minimal space between vehicles.
  • The loading procedure is followed precisely, including smiling at the Guest and ending with two thumbs up.
  • Check every Guest's vehicle before they enter the car wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues
  • Complete WOW Carwash daily cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Ensure that the entire site (Welcome Stations, tunnel, signage, vacuum and lot area, office, restroom, equipment and breakroom) adheres to the WOW Carwash standard.
  • Complete opening and/or closing procedures on shift.
  • Complete WOW carwash daily, weekly, monthly and preventative maintenance duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for the Guest Service Attendant position will possess the following traits: (Qualifications)

  • Must be at least 18
  • Outgoing and friendly in order to provide high level of Guest service.
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to take direction and follow instructions well
