What You'll Do:

  • Become a trusted advisor to customers by developing deep expertise in Test & Measurement products.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts in your exclusive territory.
  • Attend product training sessions, trade shows, and hands-on field activities to stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with both new and existing customers, fully understanding their needs and purchasing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales support and fellow Sales Engineers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Represent top-tier manufacturers professionally, ethically, and enthusiastically.
  • Operate independently, leveraging company resources and your own creativity to win business.

What You Bring:

  • Broad knowledge of Electronic Test & Measurement instruments and subsystems (RF/Microwave expertise is a big plus).

  • Strong communication skills — you're great at connecting with technical and non-technical audiences alike.

  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering or a technical field).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or a related industry role.

  • US Citizenship (required for client security requirements) and the ability to pass a background check.

  • A passion for technology, problem-solving, and building lasting customer partnerships.

Pay: 

$100,000 - $160,000/ year base + commission
