About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Administration & Marketing Assistant to support both operational and marketing functions. This position plays a key role in maintaining our Toast POS system, assisting with daily digital marketing tasks, and supporting the Marketing Executive and Owner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands social media trends, and can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Administrative & Toast System Support

  • Input, update, and maintain all menu items in the Toast POS system.

  • Update pricing, modifiers, specials, seasonal menus, and menu organization.

  • Ensure accuracy across all Toast devices and locations with regular audits.

  • Troubleshoot basic Toast POS issues and support staff as needed.

  • Create, proofread, and design printed or digital menus (spelling, grammar, layout).

  • Assist with reports, inventory features, or other Toast functions as required.

Marketing Support

Reporting directly to the Marketing Executive and Owner.

  • Post daily content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Publish daily stories across all active platforms.

  • Organize, label, and maintain all photos and video footage for consistent posting.

  • Upload content and engage regularly in the company's Facebook group.

  • Basic video editing videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and short-form content.

  • Create marketing materials including flyers, menus, designs, and promotional graphics.

  • Update, maintain, and format pages on the company's WordPress website (basic SEO included).

  • Assist the Marketing Executive with various tasks — tasks are not limited to what is listed here.

  • Stay on top of social media trends, trending audio, video formats, and industry best practices.

  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track basic analytics.

  • Research new creative ideas and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Toast POS (preferred but training provided).

  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and content best practices.

  • Ability to post daily and maintain a consistent content schedule.

  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).

  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic website updates.

  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and communication skills.

  • Creative eye for design and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content library.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow direction.

  • Must be available on weekends when needed.
