Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or
    challenges
    that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain documentation, including contracts, permits, and project records.
  • Collaborate
    with clients to
    understand
    their needs and provide updates on project status.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.

Profile

  • A strong background in project management within the construction industry.
  • Successful track-record of ground-up Multifamily projects
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and
    interpersonal
    skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and
    decision
    -making.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary up to $140k
