Description
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or
challenges
that arise during the project lifecycle. - Maintain documentation, including contracts, permits, and project records.
- Collaborate
with clients to
understand
their needs and provide updates on project status. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
Profile
- A strong background in project management within the construction industry.
- Successful track-record of ground-up Multifamily projects
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal
skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and
decision
-making. - A degree in a relevant field such as construction management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Job Offer
- Base Salary up to $140k
- Comprehensive benefits package.
