YOUR ROLE

We're looking for dynamic professionals at the associate consultant, consultant and senior consultant level to support high-impact advisory and development work on Palantir Foundry implementations. This hybrid role blends client-facing consulting with hands-on technical development, offering a unique opportunity to shape solutions that matter.

As part of our team, you'll:

• Collaborate directly with clients to solve complex challenges using Foundry
• Lead and contribute to technical solution design and implementation
• Mentor junior talent and help build a strong, sustainable internal pipeline

They will demonstrate:

· Advise clients on Palantir Foundry solutions and data workflows. 

· Develop and deploy data pipelines, ontologies, and AI/ML models within Foundry. 

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface directly with clients, often acting as a product owner or proxy.  

· Upskill junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing. 

· Adapt skills to other tech stacks as needed. 

YOUR PROFILE

We would love to see a candidate with:

· Experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics. 

· Coding proficiency in Python (preferred) or R; SQL alone is insufficient.  

· Familiarity with scalable cloud tech stacks (AWS, Azure). 

· Understanding data governance, ontology, and semantic layers is a plus.  

· Prior hands-on Palantir Foundry experience is highly preferred; experience with AIP (AI pipeline builder) is a bonus.  

· Consulting/advisory experience or strong client communication skills. 

• Must have an awareness of how to Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization
