We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Aerospace QC Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our quality control processes within the aerospace industry. Responsibilities
  • Assist in the documentation and tracking of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of quality-related tasks.
  • Support the preparation of quality assurance reports and presentations.
  • Help manage inventory of quality control materials and supplies.
  • Participate in internal audits and assist in the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Provide administrative support to the quality control team as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality assurance or aerospace preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with quality management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulations is a plus.
