4J Logistics INC is hiring FedEx AVP (Assigned Vehicle Program) Delivery Drivers to operate out of our FedEx Ground Terminal or remotely on route. We're a proud FedEx Ground service provider, offering local package delivery.

What is the AVP Program?

AVP (Assigned Vehicle Program) is a FedEx Ground initiative where delivery drivers are able to use their own vehicles to deliver packages.

Job Description

As a FedEx AVP Driver for 4J Logistics, your responsibilities include:

  • Operating your personal vehicle to deliver packages
  • Delivering packages that can go up to 150lbs
  • Scanning and organizing packages using FedEx systems
  • Providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety and efficiency
  • Working independently with support from dispatch and team leads

Job Requirements

  • Valid Vehicle: Must have a vehicle that is 2015 or newer and must provide photos of the vehicle, registration, and insurance forms.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, but a commercial driver's license is not necessary.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Must be able to pass a vehicle maintenance inspection and be responsible for fuel, vehicle maintenance, and insurance.
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) for the past 3 years
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Delivery experience preferred
  • Able to work weekends and peak season holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: From $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
