About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Field Network Engineer who's ready to lead by example and deliver top-notch technical service. This hands-on role combines field installation, troubleshooting, and system design with mentoring and team coordination. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do
Install, program, and maintain radios, network components, and security systems.
Troubleshoot and repair communication and security equipment in the field and in-house.
Work with small teams of technicians and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to design and deliver customer solutions.
Train customers and team members on new products and technologies.
Maintain detailed service records and uphold company safety and quality standards.
What You Bring
Proven experience installing and supporting two-way radio, wireless communication, or security systems.
Strong networking and troubleshooting skills (routers, switches, firewalls, IP-based systems).
Leadership skills with the ability to coach and support field technicians.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Relevant certifications (Motorola, RF, networking, or security systems) are a plus.
