Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, well organized and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team

This role supports the Lashbox LA team in running all social accounts. Working closely with Marketing, Education, Creative, Merchandisingand external production teams, the social team will strengthen Lashbox's visual presence, voice and brand across all social platforms. This role is creative and executional, collaborating closely with the team to ensure social assets are created in a timely manner.

Duties may included but not limited to:

● Streamline, execute and track all content needed on Social Media, Paid, and Production via Asana

● Create and update creative briefs for Social content

● Work closely with the Marketing and graphic design team, making requests for pertinent content

● Join for weekly video meetings, including: Marketing, Social, Education, and All Company meetings

● Present at weekly meetings: upcoming social posts, analytics of past posts' performance, any additional insights or suggestions you deem relevant.

● Work closely with Marketing and Graphic Design teams on social content for new product launches and campaigns, organic and paid content

● Create and implement UTM links across all platforms and collaborations

● Post content across all social platforms manually and / or via planning software on a daily basis

● Own file management process and share final links for all approved content

● Create BA and Content Creator Decks as it relates to custom asset requests, campaigns, and monthly BA gifting

● Attend company events and conferences to gather social content including shooting on iphone and edit content via social apps, as needed

● Manage and organize all assets within Google drive; create new asset folders on Google drive for new products / launches / sales / education

● Project manage and track approvals for all social media content across both Social & Paid accounts

● Support team in content creation process by maintaining and updating company shoot decks, specifically monitoring status of social content

● Shoot (on iPhone) and edit content via social apps as needed ● Identify channel specific strategies to support engagement, growth and traffic diversification goals

● Work with creative and marketing team members to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social● Manage and implement strategy around shoppable content capabilities (including but not limited to

Instagram shop)

Ideal candidate will have the following Qualifications:

● 3+ years of related experience ideally at a lifestyle or beauty brand with a focus on DTC

● Ability to balance creative and data-driven thinking

● Well-versed in beauty, digital and social media – bubbling up the most recent trends ● Comfortable using Ai to drive social content

● Experienced with influencer content marketing

● Able to adapt well to shifts in strategy and meet changing deadlines and priorities

● Excellent communication, project management and time management skills

● Proven results in driving social media platform growth and engagement, with a priority in converting

content to a sale

● Practical, hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, social listening tools, and analytics

● Comfortable with G-Suite, especially Google Sheets, Calendar, Slides

● Excellent communication & writing skills

● Basic editing skills including Photoshop, Splice, CapCut (or related video editing tools)

● Experience with social media publishing platforms (Dash Hudson, Later or similar)

● Positive and upbeat demeanor; natural relationship-builder

Pay is negotiable. We will start you on a 1 month trial and then determine a flat rate if both parties agree to continue the contract.
