Position Overview
The Director of Operations oversees all aspects of daily manufacturing activities, including production, supply chain, facilities, maintenance, and continuous improvement. This role ensures operational efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery while fostering a strong safety culture and a high-performing team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance operations to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that achieve key objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence across all departments.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Direct production planning, inventory control, and supplier performance to support business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, capital investments, and key operational metrics to deliver strong financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a plant or operations management role.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement and Lean transformation initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proven experience managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
