Pay Type: 1099 / Daily Pay

Pay Range: $50 per visit

As an independent contractor (1099), you can choose the shifts, locations, and schedules that work best for you, giving you full control over your work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, treatments, and discharge visits in a home health setting
  • Develop individualized care plans to support patient recovery
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and agency partners
  • Travel to patient homes within your selected coverage area

Requirements

  • Active PTA MD license
  • Home health experience preferred
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong ability to work independently and manage caseloads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour
