Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding guest services throughout their visit
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles, including manual transmission cars, ensuring proper handling and care
  • Supervise valet attendants, assigning tasks and maintaining efficient workflow during shifts
  • Manage parking areas, ensuring smooth traffic flow and secure vehicle storage
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times

Experience

  • Prior experience in guest services or hospitality roles preferred; dealership or retail experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission vehicles is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse guests
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broad customer base effectively
  • Experience in cash handling, cashiering, or retail math enhances your ability to manage transactions confidently
  • Previous work as a delivery driver or in a dealership environment provides valuable familiarity with vehicle operations and customer service standards
