We are seeking a highly motivated Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships at the Mini Mall located on Plaza Drive in Toms River. You will be responsible for manning the vendor table from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM every Wednesday & Friday, handing out brochures and giving information to the attendees about our referral-based company for the needs of seniors and their living circumstances. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketer eager to make a tangible impact in a retail environment.

Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote vendor tables and special events at Plaza 1 Mini Mall on scheduled days.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and utilizing platforms such as Facebook Advertising and social media to reach target audiences.
  • Design promotional materials using Canva for print and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts to attract new vendors and sponsors, supporting product management initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all channels, ensuring effective communication of promotional messages.
  • Assist with budgeting for marketing activities to maximize outreach within allocated resources.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Experience with Canva for content creation.
  • Knowledge of HTML basics and website management.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Expertise in advertising sales, email marketing campaigns, and print advertising.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Google Sheets, and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on product promotion and customer engagement.
  • Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's is a plus.
