Qualifications and responsibilities for this Process / Quality Engineer position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred) and 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or quality
  • Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements
  • Practical, hands-on mindset with a willingness to spend 50% of time on the floor, 25% in preplanning, and 25% working with the quality team
  • Experience or interest in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and customer-focused environments
  • Familiarity with CAD/drafting and ability to learn manufacturing ERP systems (training provided)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus; must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • No sponsorship available; relocation considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Exposure to or interest in welding processes and ISO-certified environments preferred

Salary:
$95,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
