DAY TO DAY AS A COMPLEX CARE SAFETYSUPPORT SPECIALIST

Step into the heart of compassion In this enriching role, you'll be an image bearer of Christ, dedicated to fostering a safe and stable environment for our residents. Forming positive, professional relationships is key as you build rapport and trust, encouraging residents to connect with vital resources for their physical, mental health, and spiritual well-being. Your proactive approach will include hourly rounds of the home, ensuring it remains neat, secure, and inviting while checking in on residents to assess their well-being. As a first responder, you'll handle de-escalation, conflict resolution, and medical emergencies, providing crucial support in times of need.

You'll also collaborate with case managers and handle various administrative tasks, all while working within a culture that values empathy and high performance. Join us in making a difference

To thrive as a full-time Complex Care SafetySupport Specialist, you'll need a unique blend of skills rooted in compassion and practicality. Mastering de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution strategies is essential as you navigate challenging situations with grace and calm. Your ability to respond to emergencies with confidence is crucial, making emergency medical response training invaluable.

A deep-seated empathy for underserved populations will drive your passion and commitment to fostering a supportive culture, where each resident feels valued and heard. Additionally, effective communication and relationship-building skills will empower you to establish trust and rapport with residents. By harnessing these skills, you'll not only excel in your role but also embody our Christ-centered mission of serving others with love and compassion.

  • Certified or willing to be certified in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and emergency medical response
  • Christ-centered compassion, empathy, and care for those from all backgrounds

  • Able to master and use various technology platforms
