*This position will be serving clients in the San Francisco area, however, will be working out of our Palo Alto office for the time being.
Come join the Hillendale Home Care team We are a home care agency working with senior care clients in Contra Costa and Alameda counties and we're looking for a dynamic Client Care Manager to join the team.
Our Client Care Managers work with existing senior care clients and their families to review and renew care contracts, adjust care plans with new services and products as caregiving support changes, and develop new business leads and opportunities through senior care referral networks and conducting new client assessments.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate regular streams of revenue and new business by providing exemplary customer service by building partnerships with clients and families, working with referral networks within local senior care communities, and leading and participating in community outreach events to spread brand awareness.
- Call on and develop new referral accounts in the local healthcare and senior care community with elder care industry professionals, organizations and establishments.
- Communicate with family members and our internal Staffing Management team to refine and improve client's lives by ensuring a high client satisfaction from assigned home care aides.
- Work with our Staffing Management team regarding new clients, renewal of current clients, and any new products or services added as part of the care plan.
- Speak to prospective clients to educate them on products and services including conducting in-home assessments with seniors and/or their families to sign them on for services.
- Perform ongoing care management and communication with clients to ensure high quality services and customer feedback.
- Represent Hillendale at community events, upholding company values and high standards of care.

Requirements
Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, marketing management or related field; or equivalent work-related experience
- 5+ years prior experience in healthcare or senior care industry
- 2+ years' client management experience in home care industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Innovative business development skills with proven track record of new client acquisition and retention of existing clients
- Ability to interrupt care plans, analyze data, and present metrics reports to leadership
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Experience working in customer service programs and databases (CRM)
Salary Description
$90-100k/annual + Bonuses
