Team Red Dog is looking for a part-time Marketing Project Manager to join our Global Technology client's dynamic marketing organization focused on amplifying innovation and startup success. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape narratives that empower founders and investors while managing the full lifecycle of creative marketing assets—from concept to publication. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, insight-driven culture and has a passion for storytelling that makes complex ideas accessible and compelling.
Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- Marketing Asset Development – Experience managing creative content pipelines, including intake, production, and publishing of marketing assets across multiple platforms.
- Messaging & Storytelling – Strong ability to distill complex business or technical topics into clear, engaging narratives that connect with diverse audiences.
- Project & Process Management – Skilled in coordinating cross-functional workflows and maintaining visibility on deadlines, approvals, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Opportunity Overview:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a marketing professional who loves combining creativity with strategy. You'll help bring the startup story to life—supporting innovative founders and connecting their successes to global audiences. Working closely with product, communications, and strategy teams, you'll manage storytelling efforts that highlight value propositions, customer evidence, and key messages that fuel awareness and growth.
How you will make an impact:
- Manage the end-to-end process of marketing asset creation, from intake and prioritization through publication and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on messaging, positioning, and asset needs.
- Drive customer evidence initiatives and ensure marketing materials are on-brand and strategically aligned.
- Oversee timelines, creative reviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and materials.
- Track, report, and present performance metrics to help inform future marketing strategies.
The expertise you bring:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management for creative or content-driven teams.
- Strong writing, editing, and messaging development skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Proven success collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Familiarity with modern marketing platforms and asset management workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
What makes a candidate highly successful in this role:
You'll excel in this role if you are a self-starter who naturally takes initiative, thrives on collaboration, and maintains strong attention to detail. You have the ability to balance creativity with structure, driving projects forward while crafting compelling messages that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike. A portfolio showcasing prior marketing content or assets will strongly reinforce your success potential.
