Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating with contractors, monitoring project controls, implementing safety measures, and tracking project expenses and resources effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control for successful project delivery
  • Thorough knowledge of Construction practices and methodologies
  • Experience in enforcing and promoting Construction Safety standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and contractors
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience managing municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects is a plus
